If you previously ordered molding from our company and chose to leave the mold at our factory, you have the convenience of reordering parts using the same mold for up to two years. We will store the mold for this period, ensuring it is available whenever you need to place a new order.

When placing a reorder, you simply need to select the “Use existing mold” option on the order page. Additionally, you will need to provide the specific mold order number you wish to use for the new batch of parts. This process streamlines reordering, saving you time and effort, and ensuring consistency in the parts produced.

However, if you opted to have the mold shipped to you after your last order, it means that the mold is no longer in our possession. Consequently, you will not be able to reorder parts using that mold unless it is sent back to us. This highlights the importance of deciding whether to leave the mold at our factory for future use or to have it shipped to you based on your long-term needs.
